DUI PROGRAM 
Persons convicted of a reckless driving offence with a measurable amount of alcohol in their blood must complete a 12-hour DUI alcohol & drug education program.

Administrative and Enrollment fee
$40 (this is a one-time fee)
Hourly Fee for classes and individual sessions $30

FIRST OFFENDER PROGRAM
Persons convicted of a first DUI offense will be required to complete an assessment and a first-time DUI education covering 12 hours of informative alcohol & drug classes. In addition, the Courts may assign additional requirements.​

6 MONTH PROGRAM
Second and subsequent DUI offenders can attend a complete 6-month multiple offender program with 12 hours of alcohol and drug education and biweekly individual therapeutic sessions.

Additional hours or community service may also be required by the Courts.

 Persons convicted of a DUI must complete a DUI program to maintain or reestablish their driver’s license. However, the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) makes the final determination based on the driver’s circumstances and driving history.
