Powerhouse CDC's First Offenders Program provides court-required alcohol and drug education for individuals working to fulfill legal obligations and make lasting, positive changes in their lives.

DUI / Reckless Driving
Required for persons convicted of reckless driving with a measurable amount of alcohol in their blood. Includes 12 hours of alcohol & drug education.

First Offender Program
For persons convicted of a first DUI offense. Includes an assessment and 12 hours of informative alcohol & drug classes. Courts may assign additional requirements.

6-Month Program
For second and subsequent DUI offenders. Includes 12 hours of alcohol & drug education plus biweekly individual therapeutic sessions. Additional hours or community service may be required by the Courts.

Anger Management
An additional program focused on understanding and managing anger. Helps participants develop healthier coping strategies, communication skills, and emotional self-regulation.

Driver's License Information
Persons convicted of a DUI must complete a DUI program to maintain or reestablish their driver's license. However, the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) makes the final determination based on the driver's circumstances and driving history.
